This Palm Harbor home was dated and its owners were ready to move on, but it became a very fun and creative project for Impossible Dreams.
We removed the existing ceiling in the kitchen to open the home and added custom shiplap to create detail and a modern farmhouse design.
The living room was really opened up as a result of removing the ceiling in the kitchen and it became a real gathering spot for a family while meals are being prepared.
The master bathroom had a dramatic transformation from dark and dated to bright and modern.
The landscape design was carefully planned and privacy palms were added on the newly constructed back patio. I feel very fortunate that I was able to execute this project to my original vision from when I first walked the property. In the end, this home sold above asking price!
