This waterfront home is in a great location, right around the corner from downtown Dunedin, and boasts incredible Florida sunset views. The property has easy access to the Gulf of Mexico and we knew the potential it held the moment we walked in the door.
Although the location can’t be beat, This home is in need oF many modifications, both aesthetic and structural. This is our most ambitious project to date, and we can’t wait to show off the finished product!
